I am pleased to report that Kitchen & Bath Etc. did a wonderful job of updating our master bathroom. The finished product included removing our bathtub and replacing it with a beautiful walk-in shower, converting our stall shower into a well-lit makeup area, replacing our double sink vanity, and giving us a brand new gorgeous porcelain tile floor. Wow. From the start and every step of the way. I had a kitchen remodel with some interior wall changes. The project included new wood floors throughout the first floor (except master bedroom). The initial design concept phase was easy and Emeil's knowledge of putting together a great final design with my feedback was quick, easy and resulted in everything I envisioned. Emeil worked with me to find ways to be cost responsible while he balanced my desire to do this right or not at all. And that is exactly how I would describe Emeil. He is a perfectionist. The little things matter to him and it shows up in the finished project. Unrelated to the defined scope, Emeil addressed, with my approval, issues they came across that needed attention and were rightfully identified. As for cost, even before my process of cost reconciling individual items, this project was a value compared to other projects I've done by other contractors. And the work performed and the materials used were only first quality. All work was done with purpose meaning a contractor or his men were there each day and progress was steadily made in sequence to how it needed to be done. On-time! There was no punch list after the project was presented to me. Everything was done and done right! On the final scheduled day, Emeil had taken care of all the items I had noticed in preparation for the completion. I endorse Kitchen & Bath Etc. and Emeil 100%. I've had other experiences and Emeil not only exceeded every expectation, he is a master. I truly believe you can trust Emeil to help you on your next project.

We met Emeil several years ago on projects my husband and I were doing on our own. We went to Emeil for a product we wanted to use. Not only was he very knowledgeable about this product he was very generous with his time. He helped us step by step. That's when we knew Kitchen & Bath Etc. was the only place to go for a big kitchen remodel. Email spent a lot of time with us, listening to what we wanted and giving us his expert advise. His showroom is awesome, a place to view all the new products out there. Before making any remodel decision I recommend going to the showroom. They have everything. Everyone at the showroom is warm and welcoming. The crew that worked on our kitchen were very professional, friendly, and detail oriented. The daily clean up before they left was very much appreciated. I cannot say enough about his crew. Anytime we had questions or concerns Emeil was very easy to get ahold of. No time was wasted waiting on him to get back to us. Even on the last day he spent hours with us going over a few things. I would highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Etc.
